Do I get confirmation my order(s) has been placed successfully?

On successful completion of an order on, you will receive an email from which contains your unique Order Number and other relevant details. Please keep this email and Order Number safe, as you will need to quote it should you have any queries. 

Why didn't I receive any Order Confirmation E-Mail?

All Order Confirmation E-Mails are generated and sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. In the event you do not receive a confirmation email, this may be due to our email security settings or a problem with your mailbox, so remember to check your Junk or Spam folders in case it ended up there by default. 

I made a mistake with my order – can I change it?

If, after you have confirmed your order, you find you have made an error of some form, you will need to contact us either by telephone or email to let us know the nature of the issue and we can attend to it then.

What happens if I’ve forgotten my Password?

If you can't remember your password, don't worry, help is at hand. First thing to do, is after you enter your Login E-Mail Address, click the 'Forgot My Password' button. Our system will then generate a new password and email it to the email address that was used to open your account on There now… all better.

How can I check the status of my order?

When you log into your account on, you can check your Order History, which will give you details of when your order was accepted and when it has been shipped. If you checked out as a guest you can contact us and we can give you more information.

Is there a Returns/Refunds Policy?

We have a detailed Returns Policy which must be followed in the event of an exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected when you shop online with and our full Returns/Refunds policy.

How to take care of your bloodychic T-Shirts for the best washing results   

As with any items of clothing, we recommend you make sure to read the Washing Instructions on the Care Label to prevent damage to the fabric.  Any items that are adversely affected, due to recommended washing instructions not being followed, cannot be returned or exchanged.

To avoid shrinkage and preserve the long term softness of the cotton, wash the T-Shirts inside out in a cool cycle (never a hot wash) and then let them hang and air dry. Please do not tumble dry as your T-Shirt will only look cool on your Teddy afterwards. Cotton has a natural shrinkage of approximately 1-2%. Anything more than this should only result if washing instructions have not been adhered to correctly.

Commandments for looking after your T-Shirt when it is washed

1st Commandment: Thou shalt NOT Iron this item of clothing

To avoid direct heat damage to the print and design of a T-Shirt, turn it inside out and iron on reverse. For extra care, cover with an old cloth, shirt, or pillowcase before applying iron.

 2nd Commandment: Thou shalt NOT Dry Clean.

How close to colour of the T-Shirt images on screen will they be on delivery?

We all see and appreciate colour in varying degrees, while some people experience some form of colour blindness. For the most part, we appreciate what Red is for example, or what Green, Purple, Orange or Black looks like. How the true colours are displayed online, is dependent on the capacity of your computer screen or monitor.

As with a television, some screens or monitors are more sophisticated and technologically advanced, enabling them to give a truer colour reproduction. Because of this, actual colours may possibly differ very slightly, by degree or shade, from what you’ve visualised on your screen. However this will not be a radical difference and put simply, if the colour description of your order is Green, it will not arrive as a completely different colour, such as Pink or Yellow.

At bloodychic we endeavour to check the colour ordered against the print quality of that colour, at source, to produce as faithful a colour match as we can. We hope you appreciate the subtlety of difference that may arise, due to a slight variance in the colour display from your monitor, so based on this we are unable to guarantee an exact colour likeness.

Which international countries do you ship to?

We are delighted to offer a shipping service for our international customers. A complete drop down menu has a list of destinations and countries we ship. This will appear during the ordering process as you are entering your delivery address details. Please contact us at if the country you wish to deliver your order to is not currently listed.

What Duties are required to be paid?

Dependent on where you are located in the world, certain countries may apply Custom Import Duties on customer orders, which are their responsibility of the customer to pay, before they are permitted to take delivery of their item(s). Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

At any point up to hitting the 'Place Order' button, you can simply exit the process without an order being created. If your order does become live, you can opt to return your order and exchange it for something else, or ask for a refund. (Please see our Returns and Refund T&Cs)

Our orders are processed through Shopify and we make every effort to protect our customers’ privacy while they are purchasing items, or browsing on our fully secure website. Our Checkout Section is encrypted to protect your card details/data and we utilize the most robust anti-fraud software to prevent illegal activity that might compromise the privacy of our customers’ information. recognise the importance and responsibility of protecting the personal details of our customers and as such, will never share them with any other 3rd parties.
